Namaste for Business

Namaste is a traditional expression of greeting and farewell among yogis. It literally means, "the divine in me salutes the divine in you."

Hold your hands together over your heart in a prayer position and bow slightly at the head or waist.

We are applying namaste for business to mean bringing oneself to a place of peace and acceptance that frees us to think about our business in new, creative and more productive ways.

When we take care of the mind and body, we take care of our business, and our business takes care of us.
